Yesterday we launched new website which illustrates what we do here at The Pathway www.steviekidd.com In the new site its illustrates our international events pages It was one year ago I flew to Africa to Meet everyone face to face within the porters association , orphanages , communities , migration partners and made promises to the people of Tanzania Communication strategy is fundamental across all spectrums of business and it’s your job as a leader to be the face of your business and lead from the front with passion, purpose and vision In this video demonstrates perfectly what describes the trip , connecting hearts , minds and souls as one. I had to understand all the people first before I could portray our purpose and vision …. So in your business think about this , if I can fly 24 hours to Africa to spend 4 days to lock in partnership , understand relationships , under stand communities then make promises to how we will work together and how often with we will review and communicate with one another ….. ask yourself as you scan across all relationships your responsible for have you nailed your communications strategy as a leader across all partnerships and relationship you have , does all those people feel your hearts , mind and souls and do you feel the peoples hearts , minds and souls … People remember you for how you make them feel ?
