According to a recent study from the Institute for Women’s Policy Research, "Even when a woman completes the same amount and quality of work in 40 hours as a man does in 60 hours, the man will receive greater rewards." In the workplace, time is often rewarded over quality of work, and this is especially the case for women, and even beyond that, working moms tend to see it most! Face time is often used as a benchmark for success, while efficiency is penalized. We need to make output quality the goal if we hope to see real gender equality in the workplace. #GenderEquality #Equality #WomensEquality

Instead of hearing “men dont cry”, you can embrace real emotional expression. →Breaking free from rigid “provider” roles—choose your own path. → Embracing mental wellness without stigma. → Building stronger partnerships rooted in respect, not dominance. → Redefining masculinity on your terms.

This past year has been difficult for many of us. Across the globe, we have seen backlash against gender equality, a shift toward authoritarianism, and a resurgence of restrictive ideas about manhood being weaponized in homes, electoral campaigns, and digital spaces. We know that 2025 will bring serious challenges in US politics and elsewhere in terms of equality and human rights. We remain hopeful in the face of these challenges, and we thank our community for your partnership, support, and trust. Your solidarity allows us to continue engaging men and boys as partners, allies, and stakeholders in the fight for gender equality.
