Will this technology change how we build forever? Right now the construction industry faces powerful mounting challenges... unsustainable carbon emissions (contributing over 38% of total CO2 emissions), persistent cost overruns, and countless years lost to delays. The industry desperately needs solutions to change the way we build. But what if there was a way to build that eliminates budget overrun, is truly sustainability, and offers endless flexibility? Enter Modular from BIOBUILDS – a premium, sustainable, and fully flexible construction approach. But what exactly does that mean for you? 1) Zero Site-Work = Zero Cost Overruns: Site-work is a major cause of budget problems with at least 1 in 3 projects suffering significant overruns during on-site work (and an average of 28% total overrun per project). Modular eliminates this through full prefabrication, guaranteeing on-budget deliveries while improving quality, slashing construction times by up to 15x, and cutting on-site waste. 2) Carbon-Positive Construction: The construction industry is a huge CO2 culprit, yet incredibly overlooked. Modular turns this around, with up to 90% less energy consumption and carbon sequestered naturally within its materials (including the patented wood structure). Building with Modular saves up to 340 tonnes of CO2 over 50 years – that's equal to you and 3 family members giving up driving forever! 3) Built-in Flexibility: Houses are often built static, and only decay over-time, however most of us aren't the same, our family grows, we grow as people, we are never the same as 5 years ago. Modular is fully adaptable due to its foundation-less design, utilizing ground screws for environmentally friendly placement. It is also easy to relocate and can be expanded to match your ever-changing lifestyle. - It is time to build the future by innovating on the past, Learn more about Modular at biobuilds.com #modular #passivehouse #innovation #sustainability

Eco-Panels wants to be the basic building component supplied by the "lumber yards" of the 21st Century - with nimble & low cost manufacturing operations in almost every county in the country. We want to REPLACE 2x4 and 2x6 stud frame construction - a 200 yr old technology that is inherently weak, has never been very energy efficient and requires highly skilled labor for erection. By creating better designed building products, Eco-Panels can reduce the skill required to build a home - thereby broadening the labor base - and reducing the potential for error in assembly on the jobsite. There is a SOLID REASON buildings are just about the largest consumers of energy (and carbon emissions) on the planet - because of thermal bridging in the building envelope. And it is mostly builders (and to a lesser extent architects) that are standing in the way of progress. Plain and simple. They cling to antiquated methods and simply don't want to change, often standing in the way of building code advancement because trying something new messes up their current business model. Without broad adoption, it is tough for new products to gain the traction they need for market expansion. Eco-Panels is addressing that by marketing directly to our largest consumer group - the end consumer, for even today it is most often the end consumer that are telling their builder - "I don't want stud-frame construction - I want my home built better, stronger - and often much faster - with Eco-Panels." 🚧 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐅𝐮𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: 𝐄𝐦𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐌𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐫 𝐁𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 🏗️ ➡𝐂𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐤𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐏𝐃𝐅> https://lnkd.in/dz8HtBkT #Modularconstruction isn’t just a trend—it’s a revolution that’s redefining how we think about building. Imagine constructing 80% of a building off-site in a controlled environment, then assembling it like a high-tech puzzle on-site. This process isn’t just faster; it’s more sustainable, cost-effective, and adaptable to various projects, from residential complexes to large-scale commercial buildings. Here’s what stands out to me the most: 🔹 Speed and Efficiency: Time is money, especially in construction. Modular construction can cut project timelines by up to 50%. With less on-site labor and weather-related delays, projects move from conception to completion in record time. I’ve seen buildings that typically take a year to construct go up in just a few months. 🔹 Quality Control: The precision in modular construction is remarkable. Each module is built in a factory setting with strict quality controls, reducing the chances of human error. This level of accuracy is nearly impossible to achieve with traditional on-site methods. The result? Higher quality buildings that stand the test of time. 🔹 Sustainability: Modular construction aligns perfectly with the growing demand for sustainable building practices. With less waste produced and the ability to incorporate eco-friendly materials, this method significantly reduces the environmental impact. Plus, the energy efficiency of modular buildings often exceeds that of traditional structures. 🔹 Cost Savings: While the initial investment may be comparable to traditional methods, the savings come from reduced labor costs, faster project timelines, and fewer delays. For developers and contractors, this means better margins and quicker returns on investment. 🔹 Flexibility and Scalability: One of the most exciting aspects of modular construction is its flexibility. Whether it’s a small residential project or a massive commercial building, modular can scale to fit the needs of any project. I’ve seen this adaptability in action, and it’s truly impressive.
