"Health is prioritized over wealth, yet mental health reigns supreme. A physically challenged individual can overcome negative thoughts and emerge victorious. However, someone struggling with mental illness is already defeated by their own thoughts. While mental health is a hot topic, many are still seeking the right path to combat anxiety and stress. Sharing thoughts has always been beneficial. When discussing sharing thoughts, it's not always necessary to share them with another person. Thoughts can be written down, transforming them into words. In essence, let's acknowledge the paramount importance of mental health and strive to find effective ways to address anxiety and stress. Sharing thoughts, whether spoken or written, can be a powerful tool in this journey. #MentalHealthMatters"

Mental health is as important as our physical health. Please ensure that you do not make other people feel weak, embarrassed, or incapable of achieving their goals just because they have anxiety or depression. It is entirely normal to experience feelings of anxiety and depression, and each of us has likely experienced them at least once in our lives. So, instead of shaming individuals for their mental health struggles, let's strive to make it a normal subject of conversation and create a safe space for discussing mental health. Remember, those dealing with mental health challenges are already fighting; please do not make it worse for them. #mentalhealthawareness
