Risk management at strategic level is thinking in scenarios. The FTI report 'Exploring Germany’s economic future' is a great read in this regard. It presents a critical analysis of Germany's economic future, emphasizing the necessity for innovation and strategic investment to prevent economic and societal decline. In a 2035 timeframe it looks at a good/bad case scenario with some excellent thought inspiring narrative in the detailed scenario sections. It is particularly relevant to companies in Germany of course (and quite frankly an uncomfortable read as the 'bad' 2035 scenario feels almost real enough to touch). But it should be worthwhile read for anyone interested in strategic planning and risk in their organization. https://lnkd.in/dpuBYpvj
