Quick tips for mastering online interviews 🌐 Firstly always ensure you tech is working before the interview. Test your audio, video, and internet connection beforehand to avoid any issues during the interview. You also need to make sure your backdrop is clean and well lit, rather than having netflix on in the background! Secondly, dress professionally from head to toe. Even though the camera may only capture your upper body, dressing the part will boost your confidence and leave a positive impression. 👔 Making sure you show that you are engaging with the interviewer is always important, no matter what type of interview it is. It can be even trickier when you are on a screen. Use facial expressions and body language to convey the professionalism and look directly at the camera for a more engaging conversation. Lastly, make sure to treat it like any other interview. Prepare thoroughly by researching the company, practicing common interview questions, and showcasing your skills and experiences effectively through concise and clear responses. 📚 Good luck on your next online interview! 💪🏼💬 #OnlineInterviewTips #CareerSuccess #Recruitment

✨ Master Your Interview Body Language with the SOLER Technique ✨ As a career coach, I always remind my clients that communication is not just about words; body language plays a HUGE role in how we present ourselves, especially during interviews. The SOLER technique is a simple yet powerful framework to help you ACE your interviews, whether in person or online. Here's how it works: 🔹 S – Sit Squarely: Show you're engaged and ready to connect by facing your interviewer directly. It enhances your degree of connection. 🔹 O – Open Posture: Keep your arms and legs uncrossed. This demonstrates openness and receptiveness to the conversation. 🔹 L – Lean Forward: A slight lean toward your interviewer signals that you're interested in what they are saying. 🔹 E – Eye Contact: Maintain appropriate eye contact to convey confidence and attentiveness but remember to blink and look away occasionally to avoid staring. 🔹 R – Relax: Breathe and relax. Confidence comes across more effectively when you're at ease, and it helps you stay focused on the conversation. Good body language will greatly boost your interview performance! Whether it's a face-to-face meeting or an online interview, the SOLER technique applies in every situation. Let’s make sure your body language works FOR you, not against you! #InterviewTips #BodyLanguage #CareerCoach #JobSearch #CareerAdvice #SOLERFramework #Zahidcareers
