Applied to three jobs Today. Had two interviews scheduled 2 days later. Received a job offer two weeks later. Why can’t the hiring process always work like this? 1. Post a job. 2. Interview the candidate. 3. Make a decision. 4. Extend an offer. The process doesn’t need five rounds of interviews and multiple tests stretched over months. Simplify hiring—stop overcomplicating what should be a straightforward decision!
I think it's useless to apply for a job without knowing someone within that organisation that will help. No matter how well the interview goes, nothing guaranteed except knowing someone on the inside, this is why most millenials are just giving up.
I wish it was that simple. Despite having given multiple interviews and after having a big portfolio having to complete their task and making a Demo video for them. Getting the promise of an Offer in the final interview. None of them actually send in an offer after the whole process in complete. Its so frustrating.
that is amazing and an absolute rarity.
I agree
