The buzzer is smoke-detector level loud! You are guaranteed to hear the buzz from any part of your property. It's very simple to use TouchNot. Press the Activate button to turn it on. Press the Settings button to change sensor modes. Mode 1 is Touch sensor only, mode 2 is motion sensor only, mode 3 is both sensors. Setting depends on use. e.g to use for preventing access to a section of the house (maybe in-house pool), a motion sensor mode is advised. To use for anti car key tampering, touch sensor mode is advised. Press the volume button to change between soft buzz or loud buzz. After setting mode and volume accordingly. Press the Activate button again to arm device. Device will be armed after 10 seconds. This gives time for you to skedaddle and prevent false alert. In armed mode, press the 4-length password buttons to deactivate (TouchNot will be shipped with the default password 0000). Once correct password is entered, buzzing will stop and device will be disarmed. In disarmed mode, device will turn off after 3 minutes of inactivity. Press activate button again to switch on device.
