"UX should be influencing, not just executing." I read this a long time ago, and today, I felt inspired to write about it. In my opinion, some of the greatest companies of our time follow this principle. UX shouldn't only be considered during the execution phase, after all the critical decisions have been made. Instead, UX should be included in decision-making processes and have a significant influence on key areas. Here's why I believe this: ✅ When UX influences company culture and product development, it has a profound impact on the outcome—especially on business success. ✅ When users and their experiences are at the center of a company's culture, the products are designed and developed to meet their needs and enhance their experience. ✅ When companies pay attention to the pain points and experiences of users, those users feel heard and become loyal customers. ✅ As a result, these companies consistently see growth, and their success stories shape them into the greatest companies of their time. What are your thoughts on this? #UX #UXDesign #UXStrategy #UserExperience #CustomerCentric #BusinessGrowth #ProductDesign

There are three main insights in this article that anyone working in the field should theoretically be aware of by now. It's not solely about the numbers. Qualitative aspects are crucial, as they give meaning to the quantitative data. Additionally, products, businesses, and experiences are distinct from one another. ▶️ https://buff.ly/3CWBqvZ #️⃣ #UX #UXresearch #qualitativeanalysis #quantitativeanalysis #productmanagement

UX contributes to a project's success differently. Most people believe UX is simply the “make it pretty” part of the process. UX is so much more - it's strategic and it should be involved in every part of the process. #ux #userexperience #design

Good design (and CX) is good business! 💰 Today, I'm sharing a great diagram created by Jared Spool, specifically designed for executives and senior stakeholders, that explains how UX can bring value to your organization. The link between customer experience and value is undeniable. I personally believe that magic happens when organizations become customer-centric and design-driven ✨ The difference between merely meeting expectations and needs and exceeding them is huuuge! 📈 Do you want to learn more on this? Check out Jared's article (link in the first comment 👇). ❓ What's your take on that? ❓ Where would you place your organization on this diagram? #cx #ux #value #hcd #digital

Big UX move from Airtable. People weren't using the new forms enough, so they decided to make a bold change. The old form has been sidelined and will likely be phased out soon. By the way, is there any UX expert who can explain why the "VIEW TEMPLATES" button is placed right next to the "+ NEW FORM" button? Is this a part of the new client onboarding process? Could Airtable consider adapting the interface based on the user's experience level?

Great essay! This is spot on! Involving UX researchers at the very earliest stages / product-market fit is a powerful strategy for achieving successful business outcomes.
I am excited to share my recently published essay in the Journal of UserExperience - Why #UX Professionals Need to Care About Product-Market Fit. No longer should UX Researchers make excuses for products that no one wants - It's time to step up and make sure your products solve #customerpains and deliver value before worrying about #usability. #UXResearch #PMF #venturebuilding #CX
