Scientists as great entrepreneurs? Sure! 💪 But how to get more scientists on the road to entrepreneurship? Less clear. I think, it’s not about trying to teach more scientists to become something they are not. I think, it’s more about: (1) identifying the hidden entrepreneurs already existing among scientists (as well as triggering scientists to discover this potential in themselves!) and then (2) giving them the right tools, frameworks and role models for a better chance at success.
