1wI’m truly amazed at how bad the customer service is at UPS. We shipped a package from Brunswick, Georgia to Douglasville, Georgia and UPS was not only late delivering our package—they managed to completely lose the very expensive item that we shipped and replace it with brown paper bags! To top it all off, the customer service representatives that I have managed to speak to have been extremely rude and royally unhelpful. When I attempt to access their “UPS Capital Dashboard,” I’m unable to view any of the letters that they allegedly sent me, as when I click the links, it directs me back to the login screen over and over again. This is a spectacular display of poor customer service that I never thought possible! This issue has yet to be resolved, and I’m unable to reach anyone on the phone number they have listed.
