Worst company to send parcels in... my mom has sent a parcel on Express option last week Friday and we still waiting for it. And those documents are super urgent but its been sitting in Joberg for 4 days. No one telling us anything and everytime I try to call the kempton park warehouse, no one answers or they drop the call
I actually did suggest this for a company & there is a monthly fee for the retailer or brand. Very helpful for companies who need a nationwide reach for employees or customers.
