Dear UPS Support Team, I am writing with urgency as today is the final delivery attempt for my package (Tracking Number: 1ZR8812VD349965768), which was sent via UPS Worldwide Express from Canada to the United States. Despite multiple requests to remove the COD tag due to miscalculated brokerage fee (Case Number: c0272062855), I have not received confirmation that the COD has been removed. Please understand that this package is extremely important to me, and I urgently need confirmation that the COD charge has been canceled to prevent the package from being returned. I kindly request immediate assistance on this matter. Could you please confirm that the COD has been removed and that the delivery driver has received this update? Alternatively, please advise on any steps I can take to ensure this package is delivered without the COD fee, as I do not want to pay $175 for an error beyond my control.

Dear UPS I would like to know why the car washing positions in eastern nj end at 4:45 am etc. And the ones in the western part of the state or over 40 miles away from me end at 9pm 11pm and so forth. Why is that ? It makes it very difficult to stay up till 4:45 am without driving 2 hours in heavy traffic to get to one that ends at a more reasonable time. The other thing is why do I have to go all the way on your ad to apply just to see the shift times. Cant you just list the shift times in the first or second page?

Why do your drivers not call when come to a delivery address? Seriously I got notified through the UPS portal that you missed the delivery attempt because no one was there to receive it, and interestingly both days I was at home and waiting for my parcel. And about your customer care all is crap whether it is by email because the response time is extremely late and for calling UPS ( it is impossible to connect with a human so we can talk to him/her) and telling them what we are facing. #UPS. Further more, they will make a third attempt on the next business day, and I am pretty sure they will do the same by uploading on the portal "third attempt failed" and they will send my parcel to the sender again,, I do not know why.

Hola UPS Chile, necesito se pongan en contacto, las facturas llegan con un emisor distinto, y la DIN no corresponde, ni en informacion, ni tampoco en los montos dipositados para dicha informacion, el call center por 4 vez me pide llenar el mismo formulario, si me pueden enviar un DM para darles mayor detalle por favor!

Dear UPS Team UPS , I am writing this comment to express my frustration and disappointment regarding the delay of my parcel, with tracking number 1ZX3W337DA70332952. It has been stuck in Dubai for an unusually long period, and I have been informed that UPS is citing a lack of capacity to deliver the parcel. It is disheartening to hear that the package is simply waiting for an available slot for transit, without any clear resolution. This delay is unacceptable, especially given that the parcel is of significant importance and was expected to arrive on time. If UPS does not have the capacity to fulfill international orders, it is questionable why such parcels are accepted in the first place. I kindly request immediate clarification on the situation and any steps being taken to resolve the issue. Furthermore, I urge you to prioritize the shipment and ensure its prompt delivery. Thanks!

Vous êtes toujours autant incompétents . Colis livré en point relais alors que je suis à domicile , le produit est cassé et inutilisable… bref déconvenues sur déconvenues … UPS les rois du travail bâclé .
