Today, the Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA) and the Virtual Assets Regulatory Authority [VARA] have signed a 𝐜𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭, further clarifying their roles within the UAE regulatory landscape. This was a long-standing uncertainty for many applicants and VASPs that finally has been addressed 👍 .
