✨𝐃𝐚𝐲 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐚 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫 ✨ Part 6: The Site visit 🙌 As the process of scouting and choosing venues for a congress (and the stories that come with it) can probably fill books, we are lucky to go on at least 2 site visits once the venue is chosen and the detailed planning can start. So happened this week, when the #ESHG2025 team went off to Milan for #ESHG2025 to kick off things – and this was slightly different than usual. Since my colleague could not walk a lot, we needed a wheelchair for our venue tour Allianz MiCo - Milano Convention Centre. As we always make the best out of any situation, we decided to use this as an opportunity to explore the venue from a limited mobility perspective. As this is challenging enough for the people, it is also challenging for venues to meet all kind of different demands of customers. As we can say, we did not encounter any difficulties and were able to access anyhing we wanted to go. So good job Allianz MiCo - Milano Convention Centre on this end! ➡️ It is always good, to change perspectives. Sometimes unintended, but always bringing you one step further. So try to be open-minded while exploring different situations, solutions and perspectives. Are we seeing a shift in the industry from a vertical to a horizontal … are we emerging, confidently, into our own new space? 🧠   … and what's going on with AI? Ubiquitous, misunderstood, or ignored? Every year IMEX Frankfurt is a great opportunity for VGF - Pre-financing & Guarantee Fund to be present.
