Teach by example: Show your children you still love them even if they fail an exam, if they lose a job, if they are overcoming a love and relationship heartbreak. Lead by example, your children should know they can always count on you and are always going to have a shoulder to lay their head on and rest. Work hard to accompany and support them. Ensure you earn 3 to 5 times what your children may start earning if they kick off their career as a young athlete, a junior brain surgeon… Remember they might be adults, but they are “young” adults DO NOT Burn out their gift!!! DO NOT expect them to buy you a house or a BatMobile car before they have 7 to 10 years work experience.
