A Moment of Zen, anyone? We’re back with another installment of High & Dry January, and this time we’re using the Zen Green Tea from Uncle Arnie's to concoct a hybrid of two classic cocktails, the Ramos Gin Fizz and the Piña Colada, but with the signature Up Elevated Cocktails treatment. 🍃😉 This tropical and earthy concoction is garnished with matcha in the shape of our favorite leaf atop a frothy head, which we achieved by using aquafaba in place of egg white, making this a vegan friendly canna cocktail. 👌🏽 Wanna try your hand at creating infused cocktails?
