Just had a great mindset session with Charlotte Leggett and it made me reflect on the importance of mindset within sales 🧠 Where the focus is so often on revenue/targets/performance - it leaves a huge void. The cause of these results. Where a strong mindset is present then confidence will be higher and this translates into better tonality, better conversations and ultimately a better performer. Key tips to improve mindset: - Find what brings the skip in your step - what is it that you can do to bring the flow state back 😎 - Control what you can control - if you focus on your inputs then the output will speak for itself, you will have the knowledge that you are doing everything you can to succeed 😄 - Revisit strong performances- if you're in a slump then look back to when you were flying. e.g great calls, great months, great demos. I've somehow navigated my way into the GTM space, and I love it. ⤵️ The overlap? sales is tough -- we all acknowledge and say this. BUT we know that there are top sellers who consistently find a way to hit quota? We gotta wonder (I know I do), what sets them apart and what's their approach?
