That means approximately over 1.5 billion ladies are Formula 1 fans! However there are no female specific brands focused on F1. The Formula 1 race and its teams advertise for a number of brands, and to see how this partnership benefits these companies, Meltwater conducted a study to see which brand got the most online traction during Singapore’s race weekend. While the brands running F1 teams themselves, like McLaren Automotive Ltd and Ferrari were significantly discussed, the real victors were K-Pop girl group, BabyMonster, and race weekend top sponsor, Singapore Airlines. This indicates how brands can leverage high-profile events to enhance their visibility and potentially attract a wider customer base.
