Diversity fresque at Evaneos 🌈 Following our Climate Fresque, Evaneos is excited to introduce the Diversity Fresque with our beloved facilitators 🚀 (cc 🌱Greismar Zerpa, Marion Phillips, Michel ARNOUX) But what is this workshop about? 🤔 Co-created by ESSEC Business School and Belugames, this initiative is based on research in cognitive sciences and social psychology. It immerses participants in the complex mechanisms of discrimination, guiding us collectively towards a more inclusive and peaceful society. Why did we choose to get trained in this workshop? 🗺️ For our spirit of adventure: exploring new topics to step out of our comfort zone and continue learning about essential subjects. 🤝 To create authentic connections: the workshop fosters sincere and deep exchanges, always in a respectful environment. 🌱 To continue making an impact: by raising awareness about diversity and inclusion, the workshop helps us make decisions and take actions that contribute to a more equitable and inclusive world, aligned with our Better Trips strategy.
