Diversity fresque at Evaneos 🌈 Following our Climate Fresque, Evaneos is excited to introduce the Diversity Fresque with our beloved facilitators 🚀 (cc 🌱Greismar Zerpa, Marion Phillips, Michel ARNOUX) But what is this workshop about? 🤔 Co-created by ESSEC Business School and Belugames, this initiative is based on research in cognitive sciences and social psychology. It immerses participants in the complex mechanisms of discrimination, guiding us collectively towards a more inclusive and peaceful society. Why did we choose to get trained in this workshop? 🗺️ For our spirit of adventure: exploring new topics to step out of our comfort zone and continue learning about essential subjects. 🤝 To create authentic connections: the workshop fosters sincere and deep exchanges, always in a respectful environment. 🌱 To continue making an impact: by raising awareness about diversity and inclusion, the workshop helps us make decisions and take actions that contribute to a more equitable and inclusive world, aligned with our Better Trips strategy. As of today, we’ve held 3 sessions + with 22 Evaneossians + presented during Solidarity Month. Our next session is just around the corner 🚀 Want to hear more about our efforts in diversity and inclusion? Drop a comment or DM us! 💬 #Diversity #SocialImpact #BetterTrips #SolidarityMonth

"Unarav" 2024 a Social sensitization Camp. An eye opening Camp I had which helped me to see the world in different ways to feel other ways of living and their situation. I also learnt that, "Empathy is more than understanding—it’s the spark that drives meaningful change. By fostering empathy through social sensitization, we can break barriers, build stronger connections, and create a world where everyone feels seen and valued. Let’s lead with compassion and make a difference together." #RajagiriBusinessSchool #SocialSensitizationCamp #Camp2024

Psychological safety is fundamental in the pursuit of happiness, and in true learning.
What is an environment where happiness can be fostered? It starts with a baseline of psychological safety. Only when all members of a community feel they can fully show up and be acknowledged and cared for as their true selves can any meaningful pursuits of happiness, let alone true learning, take place. Let's explore this together at Sidecar Summit Portugal 2024. Join other early birds and register by June 15 to save $200. Last I checked, some version of happiness can be bought for that. 😊 https://lnkd.in/eEAKSCg8

𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐲 𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐫𝐞𝐧 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐥𝐮𝐜𝐤𝐲 𝐞𝐧𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡 𝐭𝐨 𝐥𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐛𝐞𝐭𝐰𝐞𝐞𝐧 𝐭𝐰𝐨 𝐜𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞𝐬 As a parent or grandparent, may want to teach them about their cultural heritage to keep it alive. By teaching your children to love and embrace their cultural heritage, you help raise ethnically diverse children. It ensures that family traditions are not getting lost as they are passed on to the next generation. 𝟓 𝐰𝐚𝐲𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐭𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐡 𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐫𝐞𝐧 𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐢𝐫 𝐜𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐠𝐞 1. Tell your children about their ancestral homeland and take them there if possible 2. Engage with communities that reflect children's cultural heritage and beliefs 3. Integrate and embrace your children's traditional food and language 4. Teach your children to embrace their ethnic name 5. Use storytelling and movies to teach cultural heritage Ubuntopia is for all people, big and small, who love beautiful stories, and especially for people who have a connection with various cultures. Because they go there on vacation, for example, because they are curious about worlds they don’t know yet. Or they want to learn more about their or their (grand) parents’ culture. So to which group do you belong? Ubuntopia is full of exciting legends from countries far away. Step into the world of Ubuntopia and experience these stories through books, animations, theatre shows and souvenirs. In this way, we protect and conserve cultural heritage from getting lost. RUOK? This year, we are being reminded that asking #RUOK can happen not just today, on RUOK day, September 12th, the National Day Of Action, but on any day. Because actual life actually happens every day. So much can happen in a year, in a month, or even a week - ups and downs happen every single day to our friends, our family, our work mates, our partner, our team mates. When these people, the people who are important to you, find themselves struggling, you can be the person they know that can talk to. It doesn't take a lot to build that trust, to normalise talking about what's going on. Just start having regular, meaningful conversations. Conversations that can #ChangeLives. #Accoras
