One of the cardinal sins of note-taking is copying and pasting from another source (website, book, chatgpt) straight into your notes. Rather than tell you not to do this, I'd recommend creating some sort of archive note that lists the resource and where it came from. Then restate what you've learned in your note and create a backlink to solidify the connection. Give it a few days and come back to see if it makes any sense. Also, don't try to impress someone who will never read your notes. It should be in plain language. Unless you're not into the whole brevity thing.

“Profiling Paragraph 3: Personal Passion” by DALL-E 3 7:25 pm PDT, Tuesday, May 14, 2024 Please do the same for Paragraph 3. ChatGPT A vibrant and inspirational scene in a cozy home office setting where an individual is deeply engaged in their passion project. The person, displaying a look of intense focus and determination, is surrounded by symbols of their aspirations such as books, a laptop open with research, and possibly artistic tools or scientific instruments depending on their passion. The environment is warmly lit, conveying a sense of warmth and personal sanctuary. This scene should capture the essence of passion and commitment, visually translating the individual's dedication to their goals and the profound impact these aspirations have on their life. ✅ 𝑻𝒉𝒖𝒓𝒔𝒅𝒂𝒚 𝑨𝑰 𝑻𝒓𝒊𝒄𝒌: 🤖 When you are asking ChatGPT or Claude to create a document, list, process, etc. you can ask a 𝐟𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐰-𝐮𝐩 𝐭𝐚𝐬𝐤 to review the document it has just created and provide suggestions by acting a the 𝙩𝙖𝙧𝙜𝙚𝙩 𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙙𝙚𝙧 of that document. 👉 This way, you will have a more comprehensive and compelling document, reviewed by your target reader in advance. 😀 ✅

🎉 Chat-GPT for the win! I asked Chat-GPT to provide a step by step guide how to combine Excel cells and make text breaks for 15 different cells. In the past, I would have spent hours on Google to find the formula to accomplish this or end up paying someone on Fiver to do it for me. In under 15 seconds I got the answer. What are some interesting and different ways you are using Chat-GPT? Tell me your secrets.

SOPs -- as long as you follow them -- can make all the difference in a business. But doing them yourself? From scratch? That's SO 2021. ;) But in all seriousness, here's how I create my SOPs (standard operating procedures) so my business can run smoothly without me being *in* the business all the time (kwim?). Step 1: I record myself (I use Loom) as I'm doing the task and talk out what I'm doing and why. Step 2: I take the transcript to Chatgpt, and ask it to create a detailed, in depth SOP. Then, you copy and paste it into a google doc, add the link to the video walk through and bada-bing bada-boom you're done. Your SOP is created and you have a task you can hand off. Alternative: you can also use Scribe as you're doing the task you want to create a SOP for. It'll automatically record the clicks you're making.

OK, what’s better? I’m stuck. #1 Prompt chatGPT to write an industry-related listicle and plug it into an eye-catching template –OR— #2 Craft a simple, catchy way to express your opinion, experience, or research results and plug that into an eye-catching template that reflects your brand. . . > Generic and eye-catching --vs-- a branded point-of-view. > Getting something out there --vs-- getting YOUR thing out there. I think I know the answer, but I’m a professional-grade overthinker from another generation and open to input. Which approach is best -- #1 or #2?
