A while back, I attended a Digital Commerce event hosted by Google Cloud and Valtech. Listening to Mark Steel, he shared an interesting #checklist on how to choose the #right #topic for Proof Of Concept (#POC) on #generativeAI. 1. Is it a priority? Is POC topic aligned to strategy, core to my business? 2. Can I scale it? Do we have data to support this POC at scale? 3. Value creation opportunity? Does it have potential to drive value at scale? 4. Is Gen-AI needed? Am I force-fitting it? Can I solve this topic better with other tools? A POC will only be #successful if people really care about what it solves. You are one wrong POC away from missing the AI bus. I am curious now, what's your #first #use-case for #GenAI?
