🎓Ulster University Graduate Boost Programme is Back!!🎓 Following the success of our previous initiative, Graduate Boost Programme, launching in January 2025, offers a unique opportunity for employers in Northern Ireland to support unemployed or underemployed #graduates with disabilities. Supported by the Department for the Economy NI, this 15-week programme combines a paid internship with the postgraduate module "Developing a Professional Identity." Key features include: - Comprehensive Support: Mentoring and dedicated guidance for both employers and interns. - Flexible Work Arrangements: Full-time #internships with flexibility based on individual needs. - Funding & Bursary: The programme is part-funded by the Department of the Economy. Employers contribute £2,000; interns receive a £364 weekly bursary managed by Ulster University. - Ongoing Learning & Coaching: Interns attend weekly tutorials and receive one-on-one coaching. - Inclusive Recruitment Support: Assistance with inclusive hiring practices. Many employers are focusing on enhancing their equality, diversity, and inclusion efforts. We can assist you in recruiting, onboarding, and retaining graduate talent to help build a more diverse workforce.
