Once again, we had the pleasure of hosting the annual VIP drinks reception at our Amsterdam office in collaboration with the Private Equity Insights. This evening brought together GPs, LPs and service providers to meet, talk and learn with and from each other. The VIP reception was the perfect kickoff for the PE Insights Benelux conference in Amsterdam. During the conference, we hosted an engaging panel discussion on the topic "GP Stakes Unlocked: Trends, Deals, and Strategic Implications". Our esteemed panelists, Allard Ruijs, Sander Slootweg, Anna Ferguson, and Antoinette van der Hauw, along with our moderator Michaël Maters delivered insightful discussions. Highlighted discussion points included: ➡Motivations behind GP stakes transactions: strengthening the succession proposition, supporting continuity of the GPs business, unlocking goodwill and GP stakes as an income producing asset class. ➡Deal structuring and key considerations: preparation is key!
