In the work that I am doing with a range of organisations, staff, teams and leaders and as a therapist, I see the pressures of this hectic life on so many and I feel it myself. In this session we will define burnout, recognise the warning signs and identify tools and strategies that will reduce the likelihood of burnout and enable you to effectively support yourself and your team.
