You put your expertise and audience together with the expertise and audience of someone else… The result is producing something truly unique for your clients, which will be the 1+1 = 3 type of synergy. Incidentally, outbound and outreach is one of the fastest ways to initiate partnerships. Aside from having an outbound program dedicated to getting you clients… You want an outbound program dedicated to building partnerships. It will pay massive dividends for both you and your prtners!

Strategic partnerships lead to increased revenue Identifying, establishing and nurturing the right relationships are key. Over the last 20 odd years, i've seen some great partnerships grow & also some examples of people sabotaging and ruining amazing potential long term partnerships. Speaking to a number of brands and coaches with communities over the last 6 months , there's a clear gap on understanding how to identify partners that add value. Here's a few basic thoughts on how to develop great strategic partnerships : Identify the potentials - Know your market /audience - product knowledge is key - Market analysis - do they align with your brand /community - Are they compatible ? Premium brand/premium service etc Define what the objectives are: - Align on goals and what's going to make it a success - Define the value each partner brings Roles and responsibilities: - Who's doing what, who's accountable ...this is key. Build the relationship : - Do what you say you will, build rapport & trust - Be open and honest if there's an issue - Go above and beyond the norm Feedback Loop: - Make sure it's continuous, this leads to better communication - Iron out any issues or concerns asap Most of the partnerships i've seen go sour have been based on one person not sticking to their word, a 'communication issue' or them just being a complete 'D**K' Biggest lesson - be a decent human, don't be a dickhead ! #partnerships #relationships #humantohuman #connectingpeople
