It's become too personal regarding the "drama" WordPress of Matt Mullenweg  and WP Engine. WP Engine cannot access the theme and plugin directory on the .org domain which should be an "open source" and "open community" as well :( Sadly as an open-source developer and WP, this "punishment" should not be tolerated. If it's Automattic vs WP engine, I'm good because that's the real business, but to use wordpress.org to threaten, for me, it's too personal and very low. Just imagine You host a website like {hosting}, and because the "head" has a personal issue with the {hosting}, they block their access to wp.org. Thanks to God, my skill set isn't WP-only, so I can use other "open platforms" that don't block like this one. (Next.js Yay). And because of this, I cannot see WordPress. org like I used to :(
