The PRA and FCA mandate financial institutions to regularly update their operational resilience models to reflect changes in their business landscape, ensuring the reliability of their important business services. 🏦 For example, financial institutions currently rely on historical data to set impact tolerances in their operational resilience models. However, these static models are not flexible enough to swiftly adjust to changing business dynamics and usually demand extensive manual effort. As a result, financial institutions require a more agile and adaptable digital operational resilience model that can automatically incorporate changes in business activities, reducing the need for frequent manual updates to impact tolerances and other parameters.
