Looking for some ideas on troubleshooting an issue. Hydraulic pump multiple sections gear rotors pump, one section keeps destroying one the bearings it appears like it being pushed against in one direction. Until the plain bearing fails and then the non-drive gear shaft shear off right at the gear.

You will notice in this video that we can get 162 gpm out of this pump at 9.1 amps, which will lead to premature pump failure.
