✨Tis the Season to Celebrate ✨ It was a great evening of fellowship celebrating the conclusion of a successful year and the accomplishments of this group of women professionals in the Northern Texas PGA. This year we focused on bringing this group of women more closely together and building a stronger network of camaraderie and community amongst our growing Membership. Thankful to be a part of and excited to continue to enhance our impact in golf 🏌🏼♀️⛳️ Big things ahead in 2025 for these talented professionals! #welovethisgame#pgagolfprofessionals#northerntexaspgaPGA of America
Thanks for your part in creating these fun events! Was so nice to see familiar faces, reconnect with some I haven’t seen in a while AND to meet some new ones!
In partnership with SailGP, we hosted ‘Breaking Boundaries Over Breakfast’ at the New York Sail Grand Prix as an extension of our Women’s Accelerator Network!
🎤🎞️ Watch some highlights below. 👇
The powerful event brought together women from the financial sector and the world of sport for an interactive and collaborative event focused on driving equity and equality for women.
After a panel discussion with Elaine Chim, FCA, Lana Callahan, and SailGP’s Fiona Morgan and Melissa Lawson, guests broke into smaller groups to discuss their own challenges and opportunities.
The event concluded with attendees creating mission statements on how they would support the success of this and future generations of women.
Just as we drive positive change in financial services with our Women’s Accelerator program, SailGP has adopted the program to create an inclusive sporting championship with gender equity at its heart.
Thanks to everyone who joined us, and to SailGP for using their platform to amplify conversations that matter.

When does competition start with women? And what is healthy and what isn't? For many Gen X women it began in primary school and we carried it into our careers. We thought there were certain traits that were less desirable in women and we labelled women as aggressive or 'bitchy' if they tried to stick their necks out. Competition can of course be healthy if it provides you with the impetus to do something new or to push yourself to be better. Could it be that where women exceed, they’re asked to leave? 🤔
Let’s break the pattern and *aim* for equality where men and women can fairly compete in events—like equestrianism, archery, dogsled racing, NASCAR, and even chess.

"Thanks to all the great players like Sheryl Swoopes, Lisa Leslie, Cynthia Cooper, the great Dawn Staley, and my basketball hero, Maya Moore. These are the women who kicked down the door so I can walk inside." - Caitlin Clark
As a fellow Iowan, I am incredibly proud to see Caitlin Clark making waves in the WNBA. Reflecting on her words, it's clear how the paths carved by pioneers in women’s sports have led to monumental changes not just on the courts but in every arena of life.
After over 50 years since the passage of Title IX, a landmark piece of Civil Rights legislation, we've seen a dramatic expansion in opportunities for women. This law knocked down barriers and opened doors to dreams once considered out of reach, leading to a twelve-fold increase in sports participation by girls and nearly tripling the number of women participating in college athletics.
These strides paved the way for the creation of the WNBA and other professional women's leagues, transforming the landscape of sports and society. Decades later, we continue to reap the benefits of such opportunities, recognizing that there is still more change needed, more barriers to break, and more dreams to chase.
At Fantastic Humans, we celebrate every individual who pushes the boundaries, who fights for equality, and who inspires the next generation to reach even further. Let’s continue to support and uplift the trailblazers who show us that with opportunity, anything is possible.

ADDITIONAL LENGTHS X MIDDLESBROUGH F.C. WOMEN ⚽
Our ground-breaking collaboration with Middlesbrough F.C. Women champions women in sport who break the mould and shatter stereotypes, inspiring the next generation of girls in sport.
Marketing Director, Carrie Tyler adds, “We all want to see female role models in sport and are disheartened to see the high stats of young women and girls dropping out of sport due to a lack of self-confidence. As a North-East business, partnering with Middlesbrough F.C. Women is a natural fit for us. These women, like so many others, go to additional lengths to progress their careers. We aim to drive awareness of these players as inspiration for a generation that still finds it challenging to see relatable figures in sports.”
Together, we are refusing for women and girls to be sidelined.

Women supporting women.
Raising awareness.
Combating gender stereotypes.
Recognising DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion).
Empowering women and future generations.

A very active week regarding our European projects. We have published the Brochure of the project EqualiSM Equal Opportunities in Sport Management (Erasmus + Sport Ref.101134352) in which we present the main results of this project in which we have carried out an analysis of the representation of women in management and leadership areas in sport and we present the true stories of 12 leading women in this field. #Erasmus#Sport
The statistic that around 80% of all riders are women not only highlights a clear gender bias in equestrian sports but also underlines the important role women play in shaping this field. 🏇
This solid female presence not only speaks volumes about empowerment and leadership within the sport but also showcases a rich tapestry of achievements, fostering a community where women excel and lead by example.
Tips for aspiring female riders:
🌟 Look for role models: Accomplished riders who inspire and lead.
🌟Join Women-Led Equestrian Clubs – Engage with communities that not only support but also warmly welcome and encourage women in equestrian sports.
Embrace this empowering environment to push boundaries and lead with confidence.
