One of the questions that was asked in the event was about ITSM advice that the panel can give to companies that are scaling up. My answer: 1. Standardize processes. Standardization creates consistency, consistency leads to customer satisfaction. 2. Documentation of ITSM processes. A lot of successful companies rely on creation of good knowledge bases and how often these knowledge bases get updated. 3. Training. Your team needs to be trained. If there's an SME in the team who can train the team on ITSM then that's a win win for the company since there's no need for an external training. 4. Integrate information security in processes. There was a significant increase of cybersecurity threats in the past 2 years and threat actors are becoming more and more creative and sophisticated. They often launch attacks in the middle global breaking news (i.e war in Ukraine) when a lot of people are distracted.
