Last week we hosted a full Trinity Capital team Difficult Conversations workshop, hosted by Corrie Zacharia Napier and Michael Zacharia. What an amazing time and fruitful discussion around preserving our special culture as we continue to scale. A couple favorite takeaways: - Listen with intent to learn, not to reply - Carve out the problem, put it on the table. Work together to solve that problem- hard on the problem, more understanding with the person.
