Sarah, a diligent entry-level job candidate, discovered what appeared to be the ideal job opportunity on LinkedIn. Excited about the opportunity to work for a reputable organization, she meticulously designed her application for the non-existent job posting. Days extended into weeks, but Sarah received no feedback. Ok, serious question: Let’s say you are on a job hunt and come across a company with multiple open positions that perfectly fit your technical expertise, skill set, and passions… You see a few positions you know you have to apply to before it reads “over 100 applicants”. The question arises, should you apply to all of them? Do you….. Option A: Apply to all desired roles Option B: Apply to your top three picks and wait to check back in for other opportunities Option C: None of the above - apply to one or two MAX What are your thoughts?
