I greatly appreciate this article written on the topic of #coachability by Ozlem Sarioglu, MTP, PCC. So many powerful insights shared. One of the highlights: “𝗰𝗼𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗶𝘀 𝗮 𝗹𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹, 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗮 𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗲𝗹.” A few notes to add based on our extensive research and work in the coachability space at Coachability Consultants, Inc.: • 𝗖𝗼𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗰𝘁𝘀 𝗸𝗲𝘆 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘀. What the heck is coaching?? Sometimes coaching feels like one of the most opaque fields out there. Everywhere you turn, there is someone offering coaching. How do you know if it’s what you need? To be honest, this is a question I get all the time, and I am constantly working to find new ways to share this information with people. In short, I like to describe coaching as a creative and collaborative process that inspires and helps you optimize your life, both professionally and personally in a way that is authentic to you. It often unlocks previously untapped sources of imagination, productivity and leadership and helps accelerate results There’s so much more I could say about this! I recently shared about coaching in depth on our blog, along with some of the most frequently asked questions I get about coaching. You can check it out here: https://lnkd.in/epDWywe9 If you’re a coach, I’d love to know: how else would you describe coaching? And if you’re looking for a coach: what else do you want to know?

You Don't Need Coaching - You Want Coaching! This profound insight comes from Rich Litvin, a remarkable individual dedicated to assisting others in achieving their greatest aspirations. But more significantly, it's a lesson I've internalized through my coaching practice. My clients are high-performers: self-sufficient, knowledgeable, and responsible for leading hundreds, if not thousands, of individuals. They're HR Leaders who naturally excel in their domains. Yet, their decision to seek coaching stems from an understanding that there's an untapped potential within them that the world has yet to witness. My own coaching journey began with the realization that I aspired to evolve into a better version of myself. So, when do you truly need Coaching? ➡ You engage in Coaching when you're ready to enhance both your career and personal growth. ➡ You seek Coaching when you're eager to turn theoretical knowledge into practical application. ➡ You turn to Coaching after evaluating all your options and deciding against stagnation. ➡ You opt for Coaching when you're determined to change your habits permanently for the better. ➡ You pursue Coaching when you aim to offer the very best of yourself to the world. Leaders especially require coaching to illuminate existing pathways and envision potential futures. Have you considered what you might achieve if you had a partner to explore your potential with you, for you?

Coaching: What is it? Why should you do it? Will it really make any significant difference to your work? There's so much we could say - and obviously (since it's a service we offer to our clients!) we're going to say that yes, of COURSE it makes a difference - but can we actually prove it? It turns out that we absolutely CAN! One previous Coaching client had this to say: “For me it was the expertise of the coach in taking the feedback from the 360 and helping me to understand it and work through to identify my own action plan.” “I gained confidence/clarity that I am generally doing the right thing, it helped me focus on areas which will/have made a significant improvement on my work.” ASK has a huge team of experience, expert, highly qualified Coaches - and when you come to us seeking Coaching we take the time to understand your specific issues, your goals, the way you work and communicate, and we carefully hand-pick the PERFECT Coach to align with your individual needs.
