Nobody owes you business. It's up to you to go out and get it. The best way to start is to stop focusing on your own business. Start focussing on your clients/customers. - What's their problem - What’s the plan to fix it - What is it costing them, time, money, stress - How does your plan make their life better? Remember: Too many focus on the thing they're selling. When they should be focussed on their customers' problems. 3 Essentials To Grow Your Business in 2024 Focusing on these 3 things was the aha moment I needed that took my business from surviving to thriving and prospering. The 1st thing I did was, get clear on who I'm serving. You need to know who your ideal client is. When I realized that not every person in my industry was my customer, my marketing and focus became clearer. Remember, a business that's selling to everyone is selling to no one. The 2nd thing I did was list down the problems and desires of that ideal client. The problems help you frame your marketing & give you clarity. The desires make it easier to position your business as THE solution to their problems. And the 3rd thing is continuous refinement of the product/process you deliver. There is always room for improvement and efficiency. Revisit your client experience from the time you meet a new client: The process they go through with you and your team, the communication and email cadence, the closing, and how you stay in touch after the closing or sale. And the only way to really know which area needs refinement is by asking for feedback and executing on it.

Creating a business listing in trustmedium.com is very easy and most of all free. To create a new business profile at Trust Medium, you need to provide the unique domain name of your business website and company email for registration. Once you complete your business profile, you have the option of featuring your business listing at a price of latte. Featured business profiles are listed above non-featured business profiles in directory searches. Featuring your business listing also expedites the review and listing of your newly-created business profile. Normally it takes up to 90 days to review new listings. Featured businesses are featured in the front page as 'recently recommended' whenever they receive a recommendation. Featured businesses are featured in the front page as 'recently listed' as soon as we review and approve the listing.

How much value would 13 leads be for your business? (And no I'm not talking about the type of leads that we all get sold daily in our DMs.) But actually potential customers that have already visited your website. The average website I look at has ~1000 monthly visitors. My guess is that 2 visitors fill out the contact form, book the call, dial the phone number. With a minor tweak. I help businesses capture 300 email addresses, and 15 booked calls, appointments or form submissions. What would 13 more leads and 300 email addresses mean for your business? (simple answer: (# of leads) * (% of closed deals) * (average customer value) = value to your business)
