Fun experience! I am happy to share that my first single-author paper has been officially published in the @Journal of Marketing Communications, titled "What Has Changed Us? Investigating Consumers’ Behaviors for M-Commerce: Comparing the Pre- and Post-Pandemic Eras." This research explores the associations between different types of customers (in-store vs. online), perceived security, and behavioral intentions toward adopting m-commerce before, during, and after the COVID-19 pandemic by conducting two studies in 2020 and 2023.
