Today is #GivingTuesday - you are going to see a lot of reminders about giving to your favorite causes in support of the season of giving. Last week, I shared some of my recommendations that I think fit into the eight climate action areas that Project Drawdown has identified for businesses. If you haven't yet committed to giving to a nonprofit today, consider one of these or one of the other great orgs that are recommended by the experts that I link to in the post.

You always remember your first. For Earth Gives Day 2024, our first new nonprofit registrant brings solar power to the world - in far away places and into villages that live without electricity. (Several returning nonprofits quickly re-registered this week.) The volunteer spirit is strong with this one. And it shows that the mighty tiny nonprofit has global impacts on climate change and the future we shape. Earth Gives Day is a US-wide giving day focused specifically on raising resources and volunteer time for environmental, climate justice and climate nonprofits.
