You can add users manually, in bulk using the comma-separated value (CSV) files or using the automatic license assignment. Manually you can add up to 25 users, and with CSV, you can add up to 1000 users to your organization for contact center access. For more details on automatic license assignment, see Set up automatic license assignments in Control Hub. Use the automatic license assignment to assign standard or premium license to a user. You can continue to mark a user as a supervisor manually. Avoid adding a user to multiple groups as a user requires a single contact center license. If both standard and premium licenses are assigned by adding a user to multiple groups, the premium license applies. While configuring automatic license assignment for contact center users, avoid applying the template to the existing users. If applied to existing users, all custom profiles may reset to default user profiles. We recommend that you use the automatic license assignment for new users. After updating an existing user's license, it is necessary to synchronize the users with Control Hub. For instructions on how to perform this synchronization, refer to the "Sync Users" section in the Tenant Settings article. When a user is deleted on Control Hub, the corresponding contact center user will be deleted automatically.

With just 2 months left until the July 1 deadline, hospitals must ensure their MRF (Machine Readable File) is updated to CMS’ standard template. Hospitals can choose from three acceptable formats: - Tall CSV will provide simpler maintenance and more efficient storage (Multiple rows for each given charge and 1 set of columns for payer/ plan names) - Wide CSV should be used for an easier analysis without technical tools (1 row for each charge and an additional column for each payer/plan) - JSON schema is considered the most straightforward, allowing for the storage of hierarchical and relational data in a plain text format. Better searching and filtering is almost done! A much needed feature for our Customers overview. Need to find everyone on a certain plan? Just select it. Need to find who has a certain product in their subscription? Just add it. Then download the filtered results as CSV. Perfect for doing batch maintenance operations when products need to be replaced. Or exporting all email addresses for customers that have a certain product that will soon be out-of-stock. Take a look at the preview:

The "Import Companies from CSV" feature is easily one of my favorites in Clay. I use it for everything. If I had to choose between this and the "Write to Table" feature, I'd go with the CSV import every time. Picture this: you have a table with 35,000 companies that you need to transfer to another table, and a meeting with a client in 10 minutes. My advice? Use the CSV import feature and make sure everything is mapped correctly, or you might be waiting until tomorrow for that table to be ready. Just my two cents.
