They are now looking for a “head of commercial” to oversee and review the management and reporting of commercial and contractual matters in the country with the objective of ensuring that the Company is not exposed contractually or financially in the course of its business with consequential improvement in profitability and ensuring the protection of the Company’s legal position.   This position will also oversee procurement and sub-contractor negotiations.   Our client is looking for someone who has held a senior level commercial role at a corporate level overseeing multiple construction projects form the contractors perspective.
