We want to know what makes our customers tick, and what they need. That's why I'm really looking forward to the @electronicaFair, which is happening from November 12th to 15th. Here we will have the opportunity to showcase the solutions we provide, liaise with our B2B partners and keep on top of the latest technology trends. But we're not only at the electronica: whether it's the E-Commerce Berlin Expo, didacta, All About Automation or the Maintenance fair - Conrad teams are often at summits, networking events and trade fairs all over Europe. They always bring back valuable information and success stories. Talking to customers shows us that switching to a platform-based B2B business model was the right thing to do. Seven years ago, we started out at the bottom of the learning curve. Today, we’ve gathered a vast amount of invaluable knowledge. We know that interconnected procurement processes are key when it comes to both the implementation of and staying competitive within Germany’s Industrie 4.0 framework. And we are happy to hear that the services we provide to business customers do make a difference.
