💡 Deloitte recently published our State of Gen AI in the Enterprise Q2 report (https://lnkd.in/gd9AGsky) - which was incredibly timely as I prepare to head to UNLEASH tomorrow to listen to Russell Klosk (智能虎), Jeanie Cole, and Greg Vert speak. 💭 Two major takeaways from the Q2 report that need to be addressed to scale the usage of Gen AI within your enterprise: #BuildingTrust - be clear on what data is being used to inform your models; how the data is being used to train; who has access to the data; and ultimately what the models are being used to do #EvolvingtheWorkforce - be proactive in engaging workers to help redesign roles, activities, and work outcomes as AI capabilities continue to expand. I like a quote I heard recently, your workforce wants to be "Builders, Not Bystanders" in the process of infusing AI into how work gets done.
