🌟Building a High-Performing Team with Team Management Profile (TMP)🌟 Last week, I had the exciting opportunity to facilitate my first team development workshop at Wilhelmsen group. As a TMS Accredited Practitioner, it was essential to make use of TMP, one of the most recognised and well-known tools globally for effective team development. The workshop aimed to enhance self-awareness, communication and collaboration. A special thanks to my master trainer, Sue Marwood at TMS Development International Ltd for excellent coaching leading up to the delivery. What an amazing tool TMP is for team development! One of the highlights was seeing the team hyper-engaged in a visualized expedition to the North Pole. Given that this team manages expedition ships, it was the perfect exercise to engage them in collaborative planning and problem-solving, drawing parallels between the exercise and real-world team dynamics and project planning. 🧭 Huge kudos to Michela Sasdelli and the team for initiating the workshop, and maintaining momentum by following up with concrete action points to enhance team performance and achieve a more balanced, high-performing team.
