It’s a question I use with my most cerebral clients - lawyers, bankers, private equity professionals to get them out of their heads. When we align with our passions, and allow our true selves to show up at work, we are able to find our flow. This photo just doesn't do it justice! I wanted to capture the amazing sunset this evening from my window, but couldn't quite get the angle or the whole of the vista that celebrates this evening's sky. It made me think about how we capture our highlights and successes. As well as gazing out of my window this week ... my highs have included: 🎉 facilitating a group supervision session with some of the members of SPMG - my coaches membership group 🎉 working with my own supervision coach 🎉 meeting with my publishers in advance of my book coming out this month 🎉 a productive, reflective and celebratory session with my business coach 🎉 delivering the first in a series of group coaching sessions with a group of secondary headteachers In some of the above activities I was celebrating the actions of others, in the rest I was focused on celebrating my own successes - not something I do a lot of... I'm much more outwardly focused when it comes to celebrating successes. Nevertheless, speaking of outwardly focused! ...
