I ended my work week spending a full day online with my Institute of Management Accountants (IMA) colleagues for the 2024 Women's Leadership Summit. We talked about leveraging our individual superpowers, integrating a sense of purpose into our leadership, and navigating major transformations. And my favorite takeaway from the session was a health care leader from California reminding us "You are better than your worst day" and tomorrow is another opportunity to improve and adjust. #IMA #leadership #finance #localgovernment
