Wise words! Family Entertainment Centers and competitive socializing venues also need a refresh every 3-4 years as well to drive sales back in. Headscratcher seeing sales slump for so many years when the answer is simple (but not easy). Consumer patterns change much faster today than a decade or two ago. More factual data to back-up the article I wrote about a leading golf entertainment company's struggles and why they, and other FECs need to follow the approach the brands mentioned in the Nation's Restaurant News article (and CEC Entertainment I wrote about). thanks Andrew K.
