Picture this… Less than two months to open a pop-up store. Weekly calls, roughly 20 cross-functional partners, with different backgrounds, personalities, and areas of responsabilities, no hard meeting agendas initially, just brain storming ideas and creating a roadmap, then painstakingly executing the plan. You would expect total chaos right? Or at least a little chaos? Not at Kiehl’s, not with this team. Every single person jumped in, called out ideas and risks, and added value. Like water flowing easily around obstacles, there was no friction, no negativity, just a community of very engaged experts, with shared values, operating in a high-trust environment, making magic happen, and even having a little fun along the way. This project represents Kiehl's Since 1851 and L'Oréal at their best! ❤️
