If you want to double your energy levels, read this: Doubling your energy is about dialing in a few key habits and cutting things that drag you down. 1. Master sleep: Set a routine, optimize your room, and stop doomscrolling before bed. 2. Eat like an adult: Lean proteins, fiber, and ditch the sugar crashes. Hydrate like you mean it. 3. Get moving daily, even if it’s just a quick morning walk. 4. Manage stress with short meditations, and stop letting your to-do list run your life. 5. Delegate, declutter, and take control of your environment. 6. Supplement smartly—maybe caffeine, maybe adaptogens—figure out what works for you. Most importantly, hang with people who lift you up, not drain you. Track what boosts your energy, ditch what drains it, and make small tweaks along the way.
