The best entrepreneurs and most accomplished are humble and grounded. I am truly inspired by the panel discussion at the conference hosted by TiE Silicon Valley with Jensen Huang and Navin Chaddha . Interesting takeaways: Co-creating with the application developers and using their inputs to develop from an application perspective. Culture: Non-hierarchial structure at Nvidia (70 direct reports!). Founder traits: Unassuming and grounded personality. #Resilience was highlighted as one of the most important traits of a founder.

NVIDIA CEO Jensen Huang's LinkedIn is an absolute flex 😮💨 Huang used to be a dishwasher before founding AI giant Nvidia and becoming one of the most successful entrepreneurs to date. The crazy part? Jensen was being paid around $3 per hour while today his personal net worth is 333 times more than Denny’s market cap 😳 Everyone has to start somewhere. Never give up. Would you start a company knowing how difficult it will be? The thought of being very difficult will make us hesitate to start due to the fear of unknown challenges and the very thought of that being very difficult. The power of entrepreneurship makes us fearless, inquisitive, and not to worry about the challenges in the beginning and deal with them as they come in the journey. It will be amazing when you look back and see what and how you have finally achieved your end game traveling through these challenges. Never be afraid of challenges before you even experience them.
The Wealth Squad on Instagram: "If Jensen Huang had to do it all over again and start Nvidia from scratch, he wouldn’t (or so he says). It was 1 million times harder than he thought it to be. The key is to think it’s easier than it is, so you have the motivation to do it. #wealthsquad #wealthsquaduniversity #wealthsquadfamily"

Entrepreneurship or running a startup is about “suffering every day with dedication & happiness.” I guess that applies to all “loves”.
FORTUNE on Instagram: "“There’s no point in starting a company unless you want to make a contribution to society.” NVIDIA CEO Jensen Huang told a Fortune #BrainstormTech dinner in 2018 that launching his company was full of “despair” and “torture.” “It’s incredibly hard to start a company. It’s incredibly hard to start a business,” Huang added. 🔗 Click the link in the bio to read more."

Your business and company are like a child that you must always provide with good nourishment and care for it to stand and thrive. Therefore, to persevere, it's essential to believe in yourself as an entrepreneur and understand that victory lies beyond the challenges. The obstacles between us and our success are nothing but ourselves. #entrepreneur #entrepreneurship #business
CEO of $2T market cap company, Nvidia, shares he wouldn’t do it all over again and “the superpower of an entrepreneur.” “You have to get yourself to believe it’s not that hard” I appreciate his candor. Wdyt? ** Enjoy this? Follow Brad Klune for more

It's fascinating (though not surprising) that two of the most successful #entrepreneurs, Jenson Huang (NVIDIA) & Elon Musk (SpaceX / Tesla) have both come out publicly sharing their honest feelings about the #founder journey. Elon described it as "Eating glass, while staring into the abyss" and Jenson said: "the superpower of entrepreneurs is convincing yourself everyday to look beyond that." As a 20+ year founder myself, who has had some wins on the board, but also loved through years of no salary, massive credit card, 1am calls from staff in hospitals, missed payrolls, etc - I am increasingly concerned about the current trend in the social impact / development world of "catalyzing a million entrepreneurs in Africa" It strikes me that these initiatives are the product of NGO / Development Agency staff who have never been entrepreneurs or run businesses. It's commonly held that 90% of startups fail, and those that succeed survive through a decade or more of stress and hardship. Is this really the best path towards development? IMHO, more efforts / funding should go towards supporting the existing SME local businesses, who have existing employees and traction. Let's grow the economy, rather than trying to ignite a new one. At the Nairobi Game Development Center we are currently incubating 6 Kenyan young studios, who have existing employees and existing projects. I'm excited to see what they grow into...

Resilience- it's the most core fundamental value for a leader or entrepreneur to adopt because an entrepreneur's journey will always be terrific, most of the time an entrepreneur has to face terrible obstacles, challenges, and difficult situations for his company. This world is proliferating and people are becoming smarter because everyone has the connectivity to learn things faster and make things better now if you are the one who is determined to make an impact by building a good product or by providing services no matter what you working on the graph of the success is never going to be a Straight Line. Everyone must have Resilience because it's the ability to bounce back from adversity or setbacks. It's about being able to cope with challenges, overcome obstacles, and maintain a positive outlook even in difficult situations. Here is an Interesting note by Jensen Huang the founder and CEO of NVIDIA for the newbies who want to make an impact on the world.

Could not be more spot on. Learned this very dearly with my first startup immyoutable. We had very high expectations, but I had never suffered as a business owner. Resilience does matter in success. Pivoting, changing the MVP, learning from your customer is what makes success. If you are a first time tech founder, I would watch this video 100 times over, so you can prepare to learn the hard way.
Jensen Huang, founder and CEO of the third most valuable company in the world, NVIDIA, gives his best nugget of advice to aspiring entrepreneurs at Stanford. Brilliant delivery. Watch. Suffering = low expectations = resilience = success. I could not agree more.
