TIMAWO, LLC#PeopleStrategies#HRSupportingHR#Leadership
Over the course of my professional career as a caretaker of all things people in the organizations that I have had the honor to serve, I've experienced many lessons learned along the way. Some successes, others stumbles or face plants, all of which have shaped me in becoming a better steward of how HR supports people in the organization and our professional community. I feel the best way to share and connect with others is through the art of storytelling as a speaker. And facilitator, I share honest and authentic stories about the truth in realities impacting us as people. Supporting people to help connect people and ideas. My way of practicing HR and leadership through every interaction I have is centered with the focus that we must treat people with kindness and respect, compassion and empathy, fairness and honesty, integrity and authenticity in our actions. We must connect what we do in HR with the people within it and understand the needs of the organization to explore solutions that work, to bridge that gap between the work people do and the people that do that work. The more we connect and share, the better our relationships, organizations, and the HR profession becomes.
