Before I fell asleep last night, I found myself reflecting on the profound changes we're witnessing in the digital landscape. Which is nothing odd … this is usually what keeps me up at night. As AI continues to reshape social media and digital strategies, we are undeniably experiencing a paradigm shift. What was once a race to build the largest digital presence and leverage data as currency is now evolving into something far more nuanced. With the rapid advancement of AI, I truly think that we are entering an era where authenticity and human connection will take center stage. As AI-generated content becomes more sophisticated, in-person interactions will stand out as the true markers of verifiable authenticity. In a world overflowing with automated engagement, I think genuine human connections,real conversations and meetings,will be the new gold standard, a rare and highly sought-after asset. What will happen to all influencers ?? It’s fascinating to think that in the future, we might witness a clear distinction between AI influencers and human influencers. The most valuable ones won’t necessarily be those with the largest digital reach, but those you can meet, shake hands with, and connect with in real life. If you're not nailing personalization, you're wasting your outbound efforts. Personalisation in outbound campaigns isn't about using someone's first name or bringing up their university days to sound relatable. True personalisation is about delivering the right offer at the right time, addressing the customer's pain point precisely when it's top of mind. It's not about superficial pleasantries; it's about a deep understanding of what your customer truly needs. The real game-changer is the precision of your targeting. The quality of your prospecting list determines whether your message breaks through or just blends into the noise. Focus on nailing the targeting, and effective personalization will naturally follow.
Why deep personalization sucks 🐥 It is true. Everyone seems to be obsessed with extreme personalization. Bro, if you write to me saying that your dog is also named Oxxxymiron, that you studied in the same cohort as me at university, we played on the same basketball team, and you know that I posted on Facebook about looking for an SDR manager for my team, it won't help you sell. Do you know why? Because personalization has nothing to do with deep targeting. Deep targeting is king. You'll need to track my behavior online, scrape the sites I visit, and follow my interests so that, based on a mathematically accurate ML model, you can find the exact moment when I'm ready to buy a particular tool or service. And write to me at that very moment with a short message explaining why I should choose you. 🧠 "Right people, right offer at the right time" – this golden mantra beats any AI-powered message personalization.
